At Painted Paper, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all wallpaper rolls or delicate accents are properly padded to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
