What is the differences between your wallpaper types?
We offer 'Peel & Stick' for easy DIY installation and removal, and 'Traditional Non-Woven' which requires wallpaper paste for a permanent, professional finish.
How do I calculate how many rolls I need?
Measure the width and height of your walls in feet. We recommend using our on-site calculator and adding 10% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
Are the colors on screen accurate to the physical product?
While we strive for color accuracy, screen calibrations vary. We highly recommend ordering a sample pack to see the texture and colors in your home's lighting before placing a full order.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Since our wallpapers are printed to order to ensure color consistency across batches, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping within the continental US typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I clean my Painted Paper wallpaper?
Yes, our papers are gently wipeable. Use a damp cloth with water and a mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to protect the printed design.
